Due to the nature of the products there are no refunds/exchanges...All Sales Are Final.

If you receive an item and it has been damaged while in transit to you, you may return the item to be repaired. (Please provide photo of your damaged item before sending off for repair).

** Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Once I receive the item I will fix and reship the item back to you. There is a 5 day period from the date of receipt of your product to return item(s) that are damaged.
